3. Payment Methods
To ensure convenience and flexibility, Project Go accepts multiple payment methods:
- Accepted Payments: We accept credit cards, debit cards, electronic checks (auto-debit), bank bill payment checks, personal checks, and money orders.
- Currency: All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
- Bank Requirements: For electronic checks, bank bill payment checks, or personal checks, your bank must be located within the United States.
- Statement Description: All charges will appear as “Project Go” on your bank or credit card statement.
4. Transaction Fees
We strive to keep transaction fees minimal:
- Free Transactions: Electronic check (auto-debit) and credit or debit card payments are free of charge.
- Returned Payment Fee: If an electronic check payment is returned due to insufficient funds or a closed account, a returned check fee of $25.00 may apply. To avoid this fee, please ensure your payment information is accurate and up to date.
5. Billing Cycle and Payment Terms
Understanding your billing cycle is crucial for maintaining uninterrupted service:
- Billing Date: Your billing cycle begins on the date you sign up for a service plan and recurs on the same date each subsequent month.
- Payment Due Date: Payments are due on the first day of each billing cycle.
- Late Payments: If payment is not received within ten (10) days after the due date, your account may be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid.
6. Account Cancellation
We provide a hassle-free cancellation process:
- Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your service plan at any time without penalty.
- Effective Date: Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- Data Retention: Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for thirty (30) days, during which you may request a data export. After this period, all data will be permanently deleted.
7. Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- Setup Fees: The one-time initial setup fee is non-refundable.
- Monthly Fees: Monthly service fees are non-refundable, except in cases where Project Go terminates the service without cause. In such instances, a pro-rata refund for the remaining portion of the billing cycle will be provided.
8. Changes to Billing Policies
We reserve the right to update our billing policies as needed:
- Notification: Any changes to these billing policies will be communicated to you via email or through a notice on our website at least thirty (30) days prior to taking effect.
- Continued Use: Continued use of the service after the effective date of the changes constitutes acceptance of the new billing policies.
