1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Project Go (“the Service”), you (“User” or “you”) agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Project Go is a church management application designed to assist churches and related organizations (“Organizations”) in organizing and managing their activities efficiently. The Service includes features such as membership management, event scheduling, communication tools, and other related functionalities.

3. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of legal consent in your jurisdiction, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, Organizations and Users may be required to create an account (“Account”). You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
  • Maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
  • Keep your password confidential and not share it with any third party.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

5. Access and Availability

We shall use commercially reasonable efforts to attempt to provide Project Go on a twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week basis. You acknowledge and agree that from time to time, the Service may be inaccessible or inoperable due to:

  • Equipment malfunctions.
  • Periodic maintenance, repairs, or updates.
  • Causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to network failures, cyber-attacks, or force majeure events.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and assume no liability for any downtime or disruption.

6. Content Ownership and Restrictions

(a) User-Generated Content

You may upload, post, or otherwise make available certain materials (“User Content”) through the Service. You represent and warrant that:

  • You have the necessary rights to upload and distribute such content.
  • The content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights of third parties.
  • The content does not contain any unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate material.

 

(b) Project Go’s Rights

We claim no ownership over the User Content you upload. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

7. Data Storage and Security

(a) Data Responsibility

You bear full responsibility for the security and integrity of any data you upload to Project Go. While we implement security measures, we do not guarantee that your data will remain free from unauthorized access, loss, or corruption.

(b) Backup and Confidentiality

You are solely responsible for maintaining independent archival and backup copies of your data. You also agree to maintain the confidentiality of your password and account information. We assume no liability for any unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.

8. Subscription and Fees

Some features of the Service may require a subscription and payment of fees. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with prior notice. If you do not agree to the fee changes, you may cancel your subscription before the new fees take effect.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your Account and access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Project Go, its directors, employees, or agents, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use the Service.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful components transmitted through the Service.
  • Any other matter relating to the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Project Go and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in [Your Location] in accordance with the rules of [Applicable Arbitration Body].

13. Changes to Terms
