Project Go Hub

Photo Albums

Pictures from the fellowship meal, for members only.

Leaders create an album with a name and a short description, then add photos from a phone or a computer. You can choose many photos at once. The first photo in the album is its cover, and you can arrange the photos in the order you want or remove any of them.

An album can be saved as a draft that only leaders see. Tick Published when you are ready, and members can see it. Albums are for members only, so the church's pictures are not open to the public.

Members open Photo Albums and find the newest album first. They tap an album to see its photos and open a photo to see it larger, then move to the next or the previous one.

Every photo is re-saved when it is added. This turns the photo upright, makes it a size that loads quickly, and removes the location data that phones put in pictures. The photos count toward your church's Files storage.

Who this helps

Members

They enjoy pictures from church events in one private place and can look through an album on their phone.

Leaders

Make an album, add photos in a few taps, put them in order, and publish when it is ready. The Hub removes the location data for you.
